SERVICES
INCLUDE:
- Beautifully
decorated buffet table includes: linen tablecloths and skirting
accented with ribbons, bordered with silk flowers and greenery,
accented with candelabras & a water display. Creative catering
transforms vegetables and greenery into beautiful floral bouquets to
garnish your buffet. Salads are elegantly displayed on lighted boxes
to enhance the presentation.
- Uniformed
wait staff will be at your service throughout the buffet.
- Uniformed
personnel will assist the Guests of Honor through the buffet line
& carry their dinner to the table.
- Hostess
will release your guest tables & uniformed staff will clear
tables after the meal.
- Hot
foods are maintained in heated chafing pans to ensure food quality
& are continuously refilled by our wait staff.
- Salads
selections are garnished with beautiful fresh fruit & vegetable
arrangements. Salad display is elegantly presented as a mini salad
bar giving your guests their choice of toppings.
- Hot

- Full
dinnerware will be provided -- deluxe styrofoam plates, salad bowls
& deluxe disposable silverware wrapped in dinner napkins.
- Salt
& pepper shakers are furnished for each guest table.
- For
your convenience, the remaining food from the buffet will be
packaged by our wait staff. We will provide the containers for a
nominal fee or you may provide your own.
In
addition to the services listed above, our experienced staff will be
happy to advise you on any details such as: hall set up, bar service,
decorating & time schedules to assist you in coordinating your
catered occasion.

buffet prices are subject to sales tax & are based on parties of 200
people or more. Prices may vary depending on guest count & services
